Our housing developments range from individual houses to a development of 12 houses and range in price from £250k to an excess of £1million.
The building of each house is carefully supervised to ensure that the highest of standards are maintained. We always use highly trained and experienced tradesmen whom we have used for previous building projects and we have known and employed most of them for many years, leading to an additional element of pride and teamwork on site.
We like to get clients involved at an early stage and we often sell our developments “off plan”. This gives the buyer the benefit of having control over the design and fitting out of the house and they can select kitchens, bathrooms, tiling and flooring for example
